So all done for 2026!  Great turnout this year with the next event in Horsham on 12th September 2027.   Once again there will be a marathon, half marathon and quarter marathon for runners; a quarter marathon event for walkers; and a 5km event for runners and walkers. There will also be a fun, untimed 2km Kids’ Dash for U/12s.

All events start in Sawyer Park, Horsham with a course that incorporates paths on either side of the beautiful Wimmera River.

A nearby event, the Dimboola Dash event will be held for a second time on Sunday 11th April 2027 with distances of marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km and a 2km Kids’ Dash.  It will be run on the newly opened walking trail between Dimboola and the Lochiel Rest Area.  Registrations will open soon at www.dimbooladash.au. 

In 2027 the same team will be organizing the Mildura Riverfront Marathon on Sunday June 13th and the Mad Max Marathon in Broken Hill on Sunday July 25th.  Registrations will also be open soon for those events.
